The N.C. Department of Transportation proposes to make improvements to U.S. 17 (Hughes Boulevard) between Church Street and U.S. 17 Business (North Road Street) in Pasquotank County.
Proposed improvements include changing signalized intersections to
roundabouts, removing left turns from all side streets and the construction of a raised median.

The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public of the proposed project and gather input on the proposed design. The public can view project information at
NCDOT's project webpage.
Public Comment
NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and receive comments. The comments and information received will be taken into consideration as work on the project develops.
