The N.C. Department of Transportation proposes improvements to the Pinehurst Traffic Circle from south of Pinehurst Manor Drive to Page Road in Moore County. The purpose of the proposed project is to improve traffic safety and operations and increase the capacity and efficiency of the intersection.
