Dickinson Avenue Improvements in Pitt County

​​The N.C. Department of Transportation proposes to make improvements to
Di​ckinson Avenue​ from Memorial Drive (N.C. 11) to Reade Circle in Greenville.

NCDOT and the City of Greenville are planning to repair the existing drainage systems, replace materials under the pavement, repave the roadway, and improve pedestrian and bicycle accommodations along the corridor.

This public meeting, which will be held in-person and virtually, is scheduled for:

5-7 p.m.

COVID-19 protocols will be enforced​ during the in-person meeting, including wearing face masks, the use of hand sanitizer and social distancing.

​Parking is available at the museum and overflow parking is available in a nearby, city-owned parking lot (accessible off of West 9th Street, next to Tony's Automotive, 400 W. 9th St.). Visit this map​​ for a map showing the parking locations. 

A pre-recorded project presentation will be played every 30 minutes beginning at 5 p.m. with a final presentation at 6:30 p.m.​

Public Comment

​Project team members will answer questions received in the chat box during the public meeting, and will interact with attendees one-on-one during the in-person meeting.
