Lynn Clark At-Large

​​​Lynn Clark joined the N.C. Board of Transportation in August 2025 and serves as an at-large member.

He is vice president of Guy M. Turner, Inc., the largest privately-owned crane, rigging, and heavy haul trucking company in the United States. In his capacity, Clark is directly involved in the domestic and international sales, business development, marketing, operations, human resources, and airline travel management functions of the company.

Clark has extensive domestic U.S. and international business expertise, taking him to over 50 countries across Asia, the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, South America, and North America.

A native of Greensboro, Clark is an active member within the community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Rotary Club of Greensboro, and sits on the Board of Advisors of the Institute of World Politics, or IWP, in Washington, D.C.

Clark has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Jenkins Graduate School of Management at North Carolina State University and earned a B.S. in Business Administration, with top honors, Summa Cum Laude, with minors in Political Science and Agribusiness Management, from the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University.

Clark resides in Greensboro. He is a FAA licensed private pilot and enjoys flying, aviation, traveling, fishing and Wolfpack sports.​
