Stephen Rosenburgh joined the N.C. Board of Transportation in August 2020. He serves as an at-large member.
Rosenburgh is the founder, president and CEO of Charlotte-based US Developments, LLC, where he manages a team of experienced development and brokerage specialists. While his career is concentrated in real estate, Rosenburgh has also held positions in government and manufacturing.
He has served as a member of the North Carolina Banking Commission and the N.C. Works Commission as well as a director for the City of Charlotte Housing Authority and was chairman of the Charlotte Planning Commission for four years and a member of the Regional Transportation Board.
Rosenburgh received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Laurentian University and holds a master’s degree in administration and marketing. Additionally, he has an advanced degree in public administration from Carleton University and the University of Ottawa. He completed an executive management program at Harvard and is a graduate of the North Carolina College of Bankers.
