Explanation of/Reason for Proposed Rule
The Division of Motor Vehicles headquarters office has moved its physical location to Rocky Mount, N.C. The agency wishes to adopt a rule, 19A NCAC 03A .0105, to notify interested parties of the agency’s physical and mailing locations, as well as the agency’s webpage.
