GREENSBORO - Transportation officials will hold an open-house public meeting for the proposed grade separation at the Norfolk Southern rail crossing at Hilltop Road near U.S. 421 in Guilford County.

“The project is part of a statewide effort to reduce the number of unsafe rail-highway at-grade crossings,” said NCDOT Board Chairman Michael S. Fox.

The meeting will be held Thursday, Oct. 11, at the Korean United Methodist Church at 2504 E. Woodlyn Way in Greensboro from 5 to 7 p.m.

At the meeting, there will be maps of the proposed plans as well as project team members available to answer questions and receive feedback.
