RALEIGH — The N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles is expanding the hours of its temporary driver license office in the Madison County town of Marshall starting on Thursday, January 2.
The modular office at 107 Elizabeth Lane behind the Madison County Manager’s office building will open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. each weekday, with a daily closure between noon and 1 p.m.
It had been open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Customers are encouraged to check the DMV website at
MyNCDMV.gov to see if their driver license needs can be met online, such as license and REAL ID renewals, and address updates through ordering a duplicate license.
