WINSTON-SALEM – Starting this weekend, an N.C. Department of Transportation contractor will close lanes of Interstate 40 in Forsyth County for an ongoing rehabilitation and bridge preservation project, weather permitting.
From Feb. 6-10 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, two of three lanes of I-40 East will be closed from west of Peters Creek Parkway to east of Peters Creek Parkway.
Motorists should remain cautious when approaching the work zone and plan accordingly for delays.
