WINSTON-SALEM – The N.C. Department of Transportation plans to close part of U.S. 52 in Forsyth County next week for a maintenance project, weather permitting.
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on April 12, the right lane of U.S. 52 North will be closed between exits 110C and 111A for concrete slab repairs. Crews plan to reopen the lane before the morning rush hour on April 13 and close the left lane once the rush hour traffic clears. Work is expected to be complete by April 14.
Drivers are encouraged to seek alternate routes and to remain alert when approaching the work zone.
