FUQUAY-VARINA – A section of a local road is set to be closed for a couple days while crews replace a culvert under the roadway.
Weather permitting, crews plan to close Hilltop Needmore Road near Praed Place from 9 a.m. Tuesday through Wednesday evening.
During this time, drivers will be detoured along Sunset Lake, Whitted and Old Mills roads to access locations on either side of the closure.
Drivers should factor the detour into their trips and be mindful of the crews at work in this area.
