WINSTON-SALEM – The N.C. Department of Transportation will temporarily close an exit on U.S. 421 next week for a maintenance project.
On Oct. 25, Exit 234B on U.S. 421 northbound will be closed from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. while crews trim trees near the ramp.
Traffic will be detoured to Exit 234C during the closure.
Motorists are advised to remain alert and use extra caution in the area.
