WINSTON-SALEM – The N.C. Department of Transportation will close a lane of U.S. 421 in Forsyth County tomorrow for a daytime maintenance project.
From 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., the right northbound lane of the highway will be closed near mile marker 245 and the Shallowford Bridge to allow crews to repair failing pavement under the Shallowford Road overpass.
Drivers are reminded to remain alert while traveling through the work zone.
