The N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles will hold a virtual public hearing for two proposed rule changes​​​.​

This virtual hearing is being held to take comments on the proposed changes to Title 19A, of the North Carolina Administrative Code, Chapter 03:

Subchapter B: .0201
