​​T​he N.C. Department of Transportation’s Financial Management Division monthly financial statement reflects activity in the Highway Fund, Highway Trust Fund, the N.C. Turnpike Authority and various Special Funds.  

This statement is prepared after the division’s monthly financial close is completed and presents statements that reflect cash, revenue, budget and expenditures.
