Reporting Periods
Display Month: Two months prior to the current month posted. Figures are updatd after the close of business (COB) of the last day of the previous month.
Fiscal Year to Date: The sum of the totals for 'Display Month' periods within the current July-1 through June-30 state fiscal year. Figures are updated following the same cycle as 'Display Month'.
Motor Vehicle Registrations
Issue - First Time: The total first-time plate and sticker issuances, regardless of transaction method.
Renewed - In Office: The total renewed plate and sticker issuances at a state-managed or License Plate Agency branch office.
Renewed - Online: The total renewed plate and sticker issuances via online transactions.
Duplicated - In Office: The total duplicate plate and sticker issuances at a state-managed or License Plate Agency branch office.
Duplicate - Online: The total duplicate plate and sticker issuances via online transactions.
Driver Licenses
Issued - First Time: The total first-time original license, permit, and identification cards issued at a DMV office regardless of type.
Renewed - In Office: The total renewed license, permit, and identificaiton cards issued at a DMV office, regardless of type.
Renewed - Online: The total renewed license, permit, and identificaiton cards issued via online transactions, regardless of type.
Duplicate - In Office: The total duplicate license, permit, and identificaiton cards issued at a DMV office, regardless of type.
Duplicate - Online: The total duplicate license, permit, and identificaiton cards issued via online transactions, regardless of type.
DMV Personnel
Display Month: The total workforce personnel employed by the Division of Motor Vehicles for the month displayed for administrative and operational staffing, including full time, part time, and temporary* employees. (*Does not include temporary employees employed by Temporary Solutions.)
