The N.C. Department of Transportation in partnership with the N.C. Commission of Indian Affairs will host a workshop for small, women- and minority-owned businesses in the Sampson County and surrounding areas for those who want to learn about contracting opportunities, economic development initiatives and how to work with NCDOT.
