MORRISVILLE – The N.C. Department of
Transportation will hold a public meeting next week regarding a proposed project
to widen N.C. 54 from Shiloh Glenn Drive to Perimeter Park Drive and provide
additional turn lanes in the Town of Morrisville.
The meeting will take place on Monday, June 25, from 11 a.m. to 1
p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. at the Hyatt House, 10962 Chapel Hill Road in Morrisville.
Interested residents may attend at any time during the meeting hours, as no
formal presentation will be made.
NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and
listen to comments regarding the project. Comments may also be submitted via
phone, email, or mail by July 16. Comments received will be taken into
consideration as the project develops.
