System Maintenance Scheduled for NC Quick Pass

Services will be temporarily unavailable

RALEIGH – All NC Quick Pass services will be unavailable from 7 p.m. Aug. 8 to Aug. 13 due to scheduled system maintenance.

Customers are encouraged to pay any unpaid Bill by Mail invoices before Aug. 8. Customers who have an invoice payment due date during the maintenance period will be given an additional five days after their original due date to pay.

Customers should call 877-769-7277 if they have any questions before the scheduled maintenance begins. Customers who would like to visit the Customer Service Center during the scheduled maintenance period can do so during regular business hours, but with limited service options.

The maintenance is scheduled for NC Quick Pass to prepare the system for additional projects scheduled to open this year.

The online and in-person services that will be unavailable are:

  • Transponder purchases or activations 
  • Transponder account replenishments/changes/inquiries
  • Bill by Mail invoice payments/inquiries
  • NC Quick Pass Customer Service Center telephone service

Customers interested in purchasing an NC Quick Pass transponder can do so before or after the maintenance period. NC Quick Pass transponder customers who do not replenish their account balances automatically and are planning to travel on out-of-state toll roads that accept NC Quick Pass (E-ZPass, SunPass, Peach Pass) are encouraged to replenish their balances before travel.

Triangle Expressway toll transactions incurred during the maintenance period will be processed once normal system operations resume. All accounts will be updated once the system maintenance period ends.
