Road to be reopen by the weekend
ROSEBORO – N.C. 411 will be closed at the intersection of Fleet Cooper Road in Roseboro beginning Thursday, Aug. 16, to allow N.C. Department of Transportation crews to safely remove abandoned railroad tracks for an upcoming resurfacing project.
The road closure will start at 8 a.m., and last until 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17.
Traffic will be detoured to N.C. 411, Claudes Drag Road, N.C. 242 Truck Route and then back to N.C. 411.
Drivers should use caution and obey the speed limit on the detour route.
