WINSTON-SALEM – N.C. Department of
Transportation contractors will begin alternating lane closures along a section of U.S. 52 between mile markers 108 and 109 as they
finalize pavement markings for the Salem Creek
Connector Project in Winston-Salem.
Lane closures
will vary along the inside and outside lanes in both directions from 7 a.m.
Friday, Jan. 26, until 6 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 28; weather permitting.
Transportation officials remind motorists to slow down
and watch signs for construction information when in the area.
