NC Quick Pass Now Offering a Bill by Email Option

RALEIGH – Tired of receiving bills in the mail? NC Quick Pass is now offering customers the option to receive toll invoices by email.

“We are always looking for new ways to save our customers time and money,” said NC Turnpike Authority Executive Director Beau Memory. “This new paperless option offers customers a choice in how they receive future invoices.”

After the first Bill by Mail invoice is sent through U.S. Mail, customers can then opt-in at ncquickpass.com to receive future invoices by email. On the primary invoice activity page, customers can click the link to opt-in to Bill by Email.

Customers interested in signing up must first review and agree to the Bill by Email terms and conditions.

After a customer signs up, they will receive an email confirming their enrollment. All subsequent invoices will be sent as a link to that email address.

For customers who do not opt-in, they will continue to receive their invoices through U.S. mail.

Customers also have the option to sign up for an NC Quick Pass account and free transponder. These customers receive a 35 percent discount on their Triangle Expressway tolls, as well as convenient emailed statements.
