STATESVILLE – The N.C. Department of Transportation will temporarily close two ramps at the Interstate 40 interchange with Old Mocksville Highway (Exit 154) for resurfacing work this week, weather permitting.
The first closure will affect the exit ramp from I-40 East to Old Mocksville Highway, starting at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 17. The ramp is scheduled to reopen by 6 a.m. Saturday, May 19.
Next, crews will close the entrance ramp from Old Mocksville Highway to I-40 East, starting at 6 p.m. Sunday, May 20. Work is scheduled to wrap up by 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 22.
