SWANSBORO – A lane of an Onslow County highway will be closed for the remainder of the week for construction related to a new signal.
Between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Nov. 13-15, the outside eastbound lane of N.C. 24 near Norris Road in Swansboro will be closed. The other four lanes will remain open for traffic.
During the closure, crews will be doing construction to tie in the storm drain and utilities related to the installation of new signal at the intersection of N.C. 24 and Norris Road.
Drivers are urged to slow down while crews are at work.
