Tony Seba will be the keynote speaker at the 2020 NC Transportation Summit on Jan. 8.
RALEIGH – NC Go! and the N.C. Department of Transportation are pleased to announce Tony Seba, author of a best-selling book on disruptive technologies, will be the keynote speaker at this year’s N.C. Transportation Summit in Raleigh.
Seba, who authored a best-selling book called Clean Disruption of Energy and Transportation, will discuss the future of transportation as the summit opens Jan. 8 at the Raleigh Convention Center.
Now in its second year, the Summit brings thought leaders together to explore how North Carolina should prepare for major changes coming to the transportation industry. The Summit will also feature presentations on how smart cities are using technology to make cities safer and smarter, the impact of autonomous vehicles on logistics and more.
Seba co-founded a Silicon Valley think tank called RethinkX and is an instructor in Entrepreneurship, Stanford University's Continuing Studies Program.
