NCDOT to Hold Public Hearing on Proposed Rule Changes

RALEIGH – The N.C. Department of Transportation will hold a public hearing on Thursday, Feb. 20, to solicit comments regarding 24 proposed administrative code rule changes.

The hearing will be held at the Greenfield Parkway Building – NCDOT Transportation Mobility and Safety Unit – Conference Room 161, located at 750 N. Greenfield Parkway in Garner at 3 p.m.

All statements and comments will be recorded and transcribed. For additional information regarding the proposed rules, please visit the NCDOT rules page​. Anyone desiring additional information may contact Jamille Robbins in the Public Involvement, Community Studies and Visualization Section at jarobbins@ncdot.gov​ or 919-707-6085.

NCDOT will provide auxiliary aids and services under the Americans with Disabilities Act for disabled people who want to participate in these meetings. Anyone requiring special services should contact Robbins as early as possible, so arrangements can be made.

People who do not speak English, or have a limited ability to read, speak or understand English, may receive interpretive services upon request prior to the meeting by calling 1-800-481-6494.
