MOCKSVILLE – Maintenance work scheduled for next week will require daytime closures for a portion of a Davie County road.
Milling Road is slated to be closed between U.S. 158/North Main Street and Bethel Church Road from June 1-7 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The closures will allow crews to safely mill and reconstruct a section of the roadway.
Traffic will be detoured along Bethel Church Road, U.S. 64 and U.S. 158 to access points on either side of the work zone.
Drivers should be mindful of crews working in this area and allow extra time for the detour.
