Weather permitting, lane or ramp closures will take place between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. starting on the following days:

Also, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly from July 18-21, the ramp from Stratford Road onto I-40 West is scheduled to close so preservation work can be safely conducted on the bridge near the end of the ramp. A signed detour will follow N.C. 67 and U.S. 421/Salem Parkway back to the interstate.

Drivers should watch for signage indicating the lane reductions, slow down and be mindful of crews working near the travel lanes in these areas.
