STATESVILLE – N.C. Department of Transportation crews will temporarily close a section of an Iredell County road for three days.
Starting tomorrow, Glenway Drive will be closed in both directions between James Farm Road and the entrance to the Doosan Corporation while crews replace two crossline pipes beneath the road. Construction will take place daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Work is expected to be complete by July 22.
Traffic will be detoured to James Farm Road, U.S. 21 and Glenway Drive.
Motorists should remain alert and expect delays due to the detour.
