LEXINGTON – On Feb. 2, the N.C. Department of Transportation will temporarily close facilities at a rest area on Interstate 85 North in Davidson County for maintenance.
From 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., the restrooms at the rest area between mile markers 100 and 101 near U.S. 64 will be closed while crews repair a water main leak.
The rest area will still be accessible to visitors and all other facilities will remain open.
