MOUNT AIRY – The northbound right lane on the Interstate 77 bridge over Fisher River will be closed temporarily next week for maintenance.
The lane closure will be in effect starting Oct. 25 at 8 a.m., as N.C. Department of Transportation crews work to replace the bridge approach slab.
The lane will remain closed until Oct. 27 at 5 p.m.
Motorists are encouraged to use caution when approaching the work zone.
