GREENSBORO- An N.C. Department of Transportation contractor will implement a road closure Wednesday morning, weather permitting.
Brown Summit Road will close at 9 a.m. for railroad maintenance work and is expected to reopen by 6 p.m.
A guided detour from N.C. 150 will utilize Benaja and Fairgrove Church roads.
NCDOT officials remind drivers to remain alert, obey all posted traffic signs and drive with caution in work zones.
