GREENSBORO- An N.C. Department of Transportation contractor will implement a road closure Thursday morning, weather permitting.
Hillcroft Road will close at 9 a.m. for railroad maintenance work and is expected to reopen by 6 p.m.
A guided detour will utilize Lees Chapel and Yanceyville roads.
NCDOT officials remind drivers to remain alert, obey all posted traffic signs and drive with caution in work zones.
