HIGH POINT – N.C. Department of Transportation crews will close a Davidson County road for two days next week for a pipe replacement.
At 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Harvey Teague Road will be closed in both directions near Fourbrooks Road to allow crews to replace a pipe. Work is expected to be complete by 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
Traffic will be detoured to Georgetown Road, N.C. 109, and Walburg Road to return to Harvey Teague Road.
Drivers are reminded to slow down and allow extra time for the detour.
