STATESVILLE – N.C. Department of Transportation contract crews will close a lane on I-77 North near Statesville for maintenance work tonight and Thursday night, weather permitting.
The lane closure will be in place from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. near mile marker 58 so crews can safely install a liner on a crossline pipe under the roadway.
Drivers should remain alert, use caution and reduce speed in the work zone.
