KERNERSVILLE — An N.C. Department of Transportation contractor will close Salisbury Street in Forsyth County Thursday and Friday night, weather permitting.
The road will close each night starting at 8 p.m. and is expected to reopen by 6 a.m., the following morning to facilitate utility construction.
A marked detour will direct drivers to utilize Forest Drive.
NCDOT officials remind drivers to remain alert, obey all posted traffic signs and drive with caution in work zones and along detours.
