WINSTON-SALEM – An N.C. Department of Transportation contractor will reduce lanes on a Forsyth County road for the next two weeks starting tonight.
At 6 p.m., one southbound lane of Union Cross Road will close near Interstate 74/U.S. 311 to allow crews to perform bridge preservation work. The closure will remain in place until July 22.
Motorists are advised to remain alert and slow down while traveling through the work zone.
