​WILLIAMSTON – CSX Corp. has informed state highway officials it will temporarily close two railroad crossings in Martin County next Thursday.
The crossings will affect McCaskey Road and Greenville Avenue (N.C. 125 Bypass) west of Williamston.
The maintenance to the crossings is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. July 13 and last until 5 p.m., weather permitting.
Drivers should seek alternate routes during this time and plan their commutes accordingly.
