CHARLOTTE – N.C. Department of Transportation contract crews will continue a bridge rehabilitation project on Interstate 277, requiring several overnight ramp closures this week.
To safely complete the work needed, crews will close the ramp from Independence Boulevard to I-277 Outer (exit 242) from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. tonight, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday nights.
The contractor will also close ramps from I-77 North to I-277 Inner (exit 11A) and from I-277 Outer to Davidson Street (exit 3A)Thursday and Friday nights.
All closures are weather dependent and subject to change.
