MOORESVILLE – N.C. Department of Transportation contract crews are closing a local road next week as part of a $34.8 million project to widen 1.18 miles of Brawley School Road between Interstate 77 and U.S. 21. The project also includes improvements along U.S. 21 between Dry Dock Loop/Vandalia Road and Abberly Green Blvd.
Contractor Lane Construction Corp. will close Round Keep Lane at Brawley School Road on Monday morning to perform sewer work at the entrance to the Windsor Woods subdivision. The closure will be in place for approximately two weeks.
Drivers can access Round Keep Lane by continuing on Brawley School Road to Citation Drive to the other side of the closure.
