LEXINGTON – The N.C. Department of Transportation will close a lane of U.S. 29/70 (Interstate 85 Business) in Davidson County for concrete bridge repairs.
Beginning tomorrow, the left lane of U.S. 29/70 North under the east U.S. 64 bridge will close daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Aug. 22, weather permitting. The closure is limited to the area directly beneath the bridge.
Drivers should expect minor delays and are urged to use caution in the work zone.
