HUBERT – The N.C. Department of Transportation will close an Onslow County road for a pipe replacement next week.
Crews will close both directions of Hubert Boulevard near Old Highway 172 to replace a crossline pipe beginning Monday, Aug. 11.
The road is expected to reopen 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 15.
A detour is available from Old Highway 172 to N.C. 24 to Hubert Boulevard. Drivers should reamin alert and use caution when traveling near the area.
