ROCKY MOUNT – The N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles (NCDMV) is excited to announce 40 new driver license examiner positions, made possible by a mini-budget signed into law by Governor Josh Stein this month. These roles aim to shorten lines and wait times at driver license offices across North Carolina.
NCDMV is now hiring for these positions, with applications open on the DMV Careers webpage. To speed up recruitment, NCDMV will host job fairs statewide in the coming weeks, where candidates can learn about the roles and apply on-site.
