LEXINGTON – Crews for the city of Lexington will close Talbert Boulevard in Lexington to repair water utilities under N.C. 8 (Talbert Boulevard).
Between 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Oct. 28, weather permitting, Talbert Blvd will be closed between the intersection of Young Drive and Cornelia Street.
Traffic should follow the detour on Young Drive to Old Highway 64 to N.C. 8.
Delays are expected, and motorists are urged to plan ahead and follow posted signage.
