WARSAW – The N.C. Department of Transportation has temporarily closed a Duplin County road for bridge maintenance.
Crews closed both directions of Beasley Torrans Road near Perry Rivenbark Road this morning to conduct maintenance work on the structure over Interstate 40. The road is expected to reopen Nov. 7.
Traffic can detour using Highway 117 to Highway 903 to Isham Fredrick Road.
Motorists should use caution near the work zone and seek alternate routes to avoid travel delays.
