RALEIGH – Crews plan to close sections of Poole Road for several days next week to remove crossline pipes underneath the roadway.
Poole Road is scheduled to be closed to through traffic from Martin Pond Road to Wendell Falls Parkway from 8 a.m. on May 18 to 5 p.m. on May 19 to allow crews to remove the first pipe. Drivers will detour using Martin Pond Road.
Crews also plan to close Poole Road to through traffic from Lake Myra Road to Martin Pond Road from 8 a.m. May 20 to 5 p.m. on May 21. Drivers will detour using Lake Myra Road and Eagle Rock Road.
