LA GRANGE – The N.C. Department of Transportation will close a Lenoir County road for bridge maintenance beginning Monday.
The 49-year-old bridge over the Neuse River located on N.C. 903 near Rockford Church Road will close for repairs on Feb. 9. The road is expected to reopen Feb. 20.
A signed detour will be in place to direct traffic around the closure.
Drivers should use caution when traveling near the area and seek alternate routes to avoid delays.
