MOCKSVILLE – A contractor for the N.C. Department of Transportation will close the left lanes of Interstate 40 eastbound and westbound near Pinebrook School Road to safely install formwork.
On Feb. 13, the left lanes in each direction will close from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. The left lanes of I-40 westbound will close between mile markers 177-175 and left lanes of I-40 eastbound will close from mile markers 174 -176.
Drivers should expect potential delays and are encouraged to slow down and use caution in the area.
