RALEIGH – The ramp from southbound Capital Boulevard to Interstate 440 East is scheduled to close temporarily next week for a bridge inspection.
The closure will take place Feb. 23 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., weather permitting.
Motorists traveling south on Capital Boulevard who need to access I-440 East should take I-440 West to Wake Forest Road (Exit 10) to return I-440 East.
Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead, allow extra travel time and use cation when traveling through the area.
