RALEIGH – Crews plan to install daytime closures of a section of Forestville Road to safely complete upcoming storm drain work.
Weather permitting, Forestville Road will be closed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day June 15-19 between Buffaloe Road to near Needham Road.
Traffic will be detoured to Old Milburnie Road.
If the work is not completed by June 19, crews will continue operations on June 20 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Motorists are encouraged to allow extra travel time, follow posted detour signs and use caution when traveling near the work zone.
